Probably a ring with very low surface temperatures–range possibly from -75 to -25 degrees C, or something similar. This probably resembles the location of several multiplayer maps, such as Sidewinder, Lockout, and Cold Storage. Habitable, but environment suits would be required. Definitely should be included in a Halo franchise.
If you look at the SHADES of the surface, you notice it’s more than just ice. The light/white areas near the bottom of the picture are pretty consistent with cirrus and stratocumulus clouds. If you look at the circle in the middle of the ring, it’s a dark blue, which could indicate ocean; there’s also a color shade to the right inside the same circle that is a medium between the light and the dark. This could be a landmass. As for the ring itself, on Delta Halo the Library had a shield and stratocumulus clouds are pretty low…
