Treatment Ancillary and Caveat

> — Vociferous @ 3:10 pm

This treatment was specifically written as an ancillary to the claim that any Halo film which might be made in the future, could effectively be done so by using the fiction of the first game and the trilogy’s backstory, rather than supplemental sources such as the novels.

It should also be noted that the script was written with the highest of deference for the work of Garland, Beattie and other professionals who have attempted to draft the story of Halo in film form. Neither this treatment, nor the article itself, were intended to slight any who have dedicated time on the Halo film project, particularly those from Bungie who are considered the fiction’s progenitors.

I hold the highest respect for Joseph Staten, Robt McLees, Frank O’Connor and any others who have worked with the story of the franchise. Any departures by my treatment are done humbly and with the highest esteem for their work in mind.

That said, click the image below to access the ancillary…

Note: Understandably, there are many different opinions in the community on how a Halo film should be designed. After reading the above treatment ancillary, you’ll likely have some questions and concerns. I’ve tried to preemptively answer as many as possible in a page entitled “Left Hand Clarity“, where you’ll also be able to present your own ideas and inferences on the subject matter.

Please visit our index to find the previous pages, the treatment itself and some amazing artwork.
