Why? There are no team colours. Note the Brute in the bottom left of the screenshot, they weren't revealed to humanity until First Strike, though I have heard they appear in Contact Harvest. But, by looking at it, it seems to me that this is not a screenshot. Rather a concept art to raise interest in the halo community.
