They are tough to see, but it's right on the outer edge of the ring. It goes on inconsistently. It's like the installation 04 and 05, but has more water. If there's not much room for buildings on the land, then it may have structures in the water like Installation 05 had, with elevators that lead to each one. Don’t you people see the landmasses? Probably to test the Flood in a hot atmosphere. I can see some land near the edges of the ring, maybe the entrance to the cartographer, for example, would be in those places.
