At the sniper spawn, walk forward then turn right. When leaving the first interior section take a ghost and boost down the brute. Head to the raised walkway that is opposite the cliff edge and run to the platform that the wraith sits on. Hide in the crate using the BR until the phantom comes to drop the wraith off, whereby promptly board it and destroy/capture it. Head back to the walkway and deal with the remaining enemies from there. I believe that the door behind the wraith tank does not open until the anti-air wraith is destroyed.
